Arbitration Agreement
You and Shopiboo.com agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the jurisdiction where Shopiboo.com is headquartered, before a single arbitrator. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that Shopiboo.com shall be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
